Inspired by the love for their cuisine, Gurpreet(Gurps) Singh Bagga and Rajpal Singh Bagga have led the direction of Maya since 1992. Their dedication to the sharing and showcasing of Indian culture made Maya one of the most celebrated Indian restaurant in Australia. Maya underwent a complete transformation in 2003 and again in 2009 with a new sophisticated look with extensions incorporating four different floor levels.
