State Theatre Centre of Western Australia

Located on the corner of Roe and William Streets in Northbridge, the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia features the Heath Ledger Theatre and Studio Underground.

Also included in The Centre is The Courtyard, and two multi-purpose performance spaces, one Upstairs and one Downstairs.

Designed by award-winning Kerry Hill Architects, the design delivers a building which not only provides a functional and inspiring venue for performers and their audiences, but is also a defining architectural landmark for Perth.

The State Theatre Centre presents contemporary performing arts, such as theatre and dance, in diverse ways with a focus on distinctive professional and contemporary work produced locally, nationally and internationally.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The State Theatre Centre is located a few minutes walk from the Wellington Street Train Station and Wellington Street Bus Port.
