W Churchill opened its doors in March 2019 and is located in Brookfield Place at the heart of Perth CBD. Chef Watson serves both quality interpretations of classic dishes and Australian pub favourites.
Along with a menu of over 100 gins, a 10-tap bar offers an inclusive variance of traditional tavern classics alongside an eclectic range of craft beers.
W Churchill's interior is a collective mind of the owner, Brendon Sim. Each space is carefully thought for in modesty to create the desired atmosphere within the venue.
Assisted and designed by notable Woods Bagot and fitted out by award winning Built in the heritage listed WA Trustee building, W Churchill reflects the sophisticated sensibilities of its surroundings, while also paying tribute to Perth's storied past.
The bar and restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by in the alfresco area, or watch the art of cocktail mixing as it occurs at the bar.
