Paper Mountain is an artist run initiative operating from Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar (Perth), dedicated to supporting emerging artists, building exploratory creative practices and presenting community arts work.
We offer studios for hire, a curated gallery program, co-working spaces, creative workshops and events. We hope to build a supportive and friendly community of creative workers from many backgrounds.
Studios
Paper Mountain provides studio space for hire for artists and creative practitioners. We have 20 spaces in our Northbridge studios, providing access to our facilities and creative network.
Gallery
Our gallery space in Northbridge presents a diverse range of contemporary and experimental art exhibitions and events.
The Common Room
Beginning life as a co-working space, the Common Room has since grown to also be a venue for public program events, workshops, performances and functions.
Paper Mountain operates on the stolen lands of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation. We pay our respects to elders past and present, and extend solidarity and friendship and hope for a future where all are afforded justice, dignity, and peace. Always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
